We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns work

Our return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

What we can take back

Items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging with the seal intact.

What we cannot take back

We sell topical products and herbal teas you drink. Once a seal is broken, we cannot resell that item, so we are not able to accept it back. This is a health and safety rule and it applies even if the bottle or package is nearly full.

We also cannot accept returns on wholesale orders.

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete

That one is on us, and the rules above do not apply.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund it in full, shipping included.

Please wait to hear back from us before sending anything, so we can tell you whether we need it returned at all.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item, and the reason.

2. We reply within 4 business days with instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the item securely and send it back.

Please contact us before shipping anything. Parcels that arrive without an approved return cannot be processed.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item was damaged, incorrect, or missing, we cover it.

We recommend a tracked service. We can only refund a return that reaches us, so tracking protects you.

The original shipping charge on your order is not refunded.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Please reach out as soon as you can, since we pack quickly.
